I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse (LCSW, RN) with years of experience. I am passionate about helping adults and the elderly manage stress, anxiety, and depression that often arise from new or chronic diagnoses. I specialize in coping skills related to depression, anxiety, grief, stress, career transitions, caregiver issues, self-esteem, and eating disorders.
I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Florida International University and have been a Registered Nurse for many years. I incorporate a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and motivational interviewing.
