Hi, I'm Debra Rice a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience. I'd like to know more about everything that's been going on, and how you've been dealing with it. My clients say I'm a great listener, and that our work together has helped them to feel supported, and to see a path forward that they hadn't seen before. I know it can be hard to see positive things when things aren't going so well, but I'm going to help you see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, the place you're in right now is temporary, and I'm here to help you find the path forward.
I work with clients who come from a variety of backgrounds and life circumstances. Working to reduce stress is universal, and something that can benefit everyone. We"ll work on learning healthy coping skills, and increasing self-confidence to minimize and manage the everyday stressors in life. I believe in a mind-body connection between health and wellness.
My clients have said I'm a great listener, they always feel heard and understood. During our sessions, we'll work together to identify and understand any problems and possible roadblocks in the past.
