Using therapy methods like EFT "tapping", I support you in effective ways to calm your nervous system in the present moment, noticing your body and the symptoms that your emotions, thoughts and beliefs produce so that you can have the choice how to react to what happened to you.
I strive to meet the unique needs of each person by offering a variety of tools, some typical and some may be new like listening to specially filtered music (Safe and Sound) that helps balance and calm the brain and nervous system.
