For the past 36 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people find true meaning and life purpose. I believe focusing on the present moment can be a grounding experience. Exploration of the past is part of the process but it is not where we will linger. We will give attention to the present moment, create short-term goals and long-term goals. Together we can find a way to achieve acceptance of your life as it is now and establish a sense of peace.
I offer individual adult therapy. I do not offer psychotherapy for children. My practice is exclusively dedicated to the treatment of Anxiety, Perinatal disorders (depression/anxiety during pregnancy & postpartum depression/anxiety), and coaching to parents/caregivers of children ages 0-5 addressing typical developmental and emotional/behavioral concerns.
Cognitive-behavioral (CBT) approach, stress management, sound baths, somatic/natural processing, and mindfulness exercises are incorporated into treatment to help develop skills to create calmness and peace in daily life. I am a Certified CBT Specialist and hypnotherapist. I have been a licensed psychotherapist for 20 years. Licensed in MA, NH, and CA.
