My clients want to face what is getting in the way of their living happier, more fulfilled lives. They want to talk about their struggles and then create a plan to move on so they can be at peace with themselves and others.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and an IFS Level One trained therapist. I can also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills, and counseling on ADD/ADHD.

I believe that people have a natural wisdom within themselves, along with a capacity to not only manage problems but to bounce back from them even better than before. As an affirmative, trauma-informed therapist with a background in coaching and a Ph.D. in Higher Education, I can work with you to come up with a plan to lessen the difficulties you are facing.
