I believe that when an individual starts talking about what is hurting them, healing can start. I have been helping people for 20 years and want to help you, your children and your family cope with life's issues. I have worked with children and adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, fear and anger. When people feel guilt and shame they can make decisions based on those feelings. Acceptance of yourself is one of the keys to healing those things that hurt.I enjoy helping people learn to love themselves and learn skills to help with life's uncertain issues.
I am trained in treating those who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, trauma, abuse, codependency, and personal addictions. I attended Weber State University to receive my bachelor degree and completed my education at Phoenix University where I received my master's degree. Interned at a local hospital and psych hospital.
