Do you experience anxiety, depression or a sense of being overwhelmed? Do you long to be free from suffering? Imagine learning how to more easily manage your moods, address relationship issues and heal traumas. With a mindfulness-based approach and drawing from a variety of clinical trainings, I can work with you to develop the skills to navigate your emotions and move beyond merely surviving toward a sense of thriving.
With over 30 years of experience, I use a client centered approach that focuses on each one's strengths and abilities to adapt. Treatment plans are designed to meet the goals of the individual. Using mindfulness, Self-Compassion and body awareness, we address the thoughts and beliefs that keep you stuck and move you toward embracing your authentic self.
Reaching out is sometimes the hardest yet most important first step. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space for individuals or couples to safely share their unique challenges and to experience a greater sense of resilience. I am available to meet in person or virtually.
