Hi, I’m Debra, a holistic therapist passionate about guiding clients who are ready to heal and begin again. I strive to offer a warm, accepting space where you will feel safe, heard, and understood. I have specialized training and 20 years experience in the areas of anxiety, ADHD, grief, trauma, life transitions, substance use, codependence, and relationship issues. Sessions blend talk therapy with CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, NLP, neuroscience, positive psychology, breathing, guided imagery/hypnotherapy – in a relaxed, neuro-affirming, space.
