Starting therapy, or beginning again with a new therapist, takes a lot of courage. You’ve taken a brave first step. Clients often call me when they are at a crossroads; they realize things need to change OR things are about to change. Feelings of anxiety or panic can be overwhelming. You may be grieving a loss or facing the reality that you or someone you love is ill. Perhaps you want to heal from past trauma or address current concerns. I help clients walk through times like these every day. You can reach the other side happier and healthier, with a deeper sense of purpose and a more profound sense of your spiritual nature.
I'm a holistic therapist specializing in anxiety, physical healing through healing emotional roots, grief/loss, life transitions, codependence, empowerment and spiritual growth. Real change happens on a subconscious, not conscious, level. In that, we can also use hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and tapping techniques to promote deep, lasting, change.
Therapy is not an easy path, but it is a worthwhile path. It’s a commitment to YOU. A commitment to heal by changing thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors while honoring and releasing deeply held emotions. I strive to help my clients feel accepted and safe and offer candid insight in a caring manner. And, we will likely have some fun and laughs along the way too!

“Walking Through Loss” - Grief Support for Adults

This is an eight week, closed group, created for adults who are grieving the loss of a loved one. The group is intended to provide emotional support and a sense of belonging in a world that too often turns a blind eye to our pain. This is not a therapy group. We will incorporate writing, imagery, art, and ritual as guided by the needs of the participants. This group begins January 9th and ends April 17th. All participants are required to be participating in therapy outside of this group. The group will be held virtually via a HIPAA compliant platform.
