About
I see therapy as a collaboration between therapist and client. I work from a Narrative perspective and hope that we, together, can change your narrative to reflect your hopes for your life and day to day functioning. My desire is to create a warm, authentic and safe therapeutic space for you.
Life transitions and the effects of the Pandemic have affected many of us. I will bring an understanding of the challenges and the wisdom of my experience to help my clients work through their unique situations. I also have a passion for helping others and their support systems navigate health challenges, as well as chronic and advanced illness.
I view mental health equally to physical health. Paying attention to our emotional well-being is vital to our day-to-day functioning. I partner with my clients to ensure that the treatment plan feels mutually agreed upon while providing a compassionate and caring environment where individual self-growth is encouraged and celebrated.
