I am a Life & Career Coach and my practice focuses on young adults with Asperger's and other learning differences. I started Spectrum Strategies because I want to help create a level playing field for these individuals. I work with both the individual and the family to facilitate the transition from high school to the vocational world, college or the work force. I help improve time management and organizational skills by breaking larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. I also develop tailored Action Plans to guide clients step-by-step toward personal and professional goals.
I have a business background in marketing & sales, and I will accompany you to career fairs, job interviews and networking events. Mock interviews will prepare you for the actual employer interview and build your confidence in the process. From resumes, cover letters and references, I am with you every step of the way!

In addition to individual coaching sessions, I offer group coaching. "Strategies for Life" provides adults (age 18-35) with Asperger's and other learning differences the opportunity to learn to navigate through the challenges of life after high school and beyond. The aim: gain valuable skills for independent living and creating a fulfilling life. From time management and interaction with peers, to preparing for sustainable employment and managing a household, Strategies for Life sessions provide a relaxed environment for participants to interact with each other and with special guests from the academic and business community. Join us!
