Understanding your emotions and being able to express them with a trained professional can help you overcome the challenges in your life. I have 11 years of experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, and various forms of trauma. I attend to each individual client’s unique goals.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience treating individuals in both short- and long-term therapy. I am a psychoanalyst with training in cognitive behavioral therapy. I worked as a psychologist at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center for over 3 years, where I provided individual and group psychotherapy.
