I have been a licensed therapist since 1990. My specialties include treatment of depression, anxiety and addictive disorders. I work with adults and adolescents, and have extensive experience working with children.
My philosophy is primarily based on the cognitive behavioral approach. However, my method of treatment varies according to the needs of each individual client.
