My approach is integrative and person-centered, combining Somatic Therapy, informed DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and elements of Art Therapy to help you build emotional resilience and reconnect with your strengths. For clients who desire a faith-based perspective, I also offer the integration of biblical principles to support spiritual growth and healing.
