Sharing stories can create some of the greatest bonds between people. In my practice as a therapist, stories have always been the foundation: they create a relationship of empathy and understanding, acceptance and change, which is able to withstand challenges over time. Using a combination of mindfulness, interpersonal skills, and cognitive therapy, we can slow things down to help you better understand what is happening, and what techniques you can use to reach your goals.
