As a highly experienced licensed therapist in California, I enjoy working with adults and couples who are dealing with emotional pain, mild depression, and anxiety ( no suicidal ideation ), trauma recovery, family relationships, eating disorders and life transitions (marriage, birth of child, divorce, motherhood, etc). I love providing EMDR for clients who may benefit from it, and I have been influenced by my own experiences in therapy and family, which help me to be a better therapist.
