Are you unable to ask for what you want? I am a gentle and caring therapist who will provide a safe place to heal and gain tools. Treatment is goal oriented and client centered accessing strengths, creating awareness, educating, and skill building. I may also use a new technique called Lifespan Integration which promotes rapid healing in adults who have experienced childhood abuse or neglect. Treatment will help you experience yourself and life in a different perspective
Treatment teaches stress reduction, depression management, and coping skills. Co-dependent individuals learn to regain a sense of self. Parents learn behavior modification techniques. Couples learn to improve communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills. Clients receive the tools needed to heal from years of grief, pain, anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, anger, or loss.
I work with women's issues such as: past domestic violence, menopause, infertility, and identity. I help women who have been in abusive relationships process grief and trauma, confront self defeating thought patterns, create appropriate boundaries and engage in healthy relationships. I use Lifespan Integration to help clients clear past childhood trauma, abuse, and neglect..
