I am interested in creating a treatment plan crafted to meet their identified therapy goals. This is done by creating a non-judgmental safe space for the client to express their needs. The therapeutic approaches I utilize include and are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Strengths Based Approach. I typically work with adults 18 and older, as well as senior citizens. I am most comfortable treating clients who have anxiety, depression, and stress. I also treat trauma, those with medical conditions, grief, loss, eating disorders, body image problems, or career changers.
I create a comfortable environment where clients can express their life problems and goals in a non-judgmental space. By letting the client identify their specific goals that they want to work on during the sessions.
Being able to help people find their solutions to their life problems in a way that is authentic, is what attracted me to a career as a therapist. What drives me to do this work is the belief that never is a long, long time and there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
