Caring for yourself and your relationships is the most important task you will ever have. Often I encounter individuals, couples and families struggling with the excessive demands of life in the 21st century. Depression, anxiety and addictions are common in our society. Conflicts and difficulty in communication with those closest to us can often lead to feelings of isolation and despair.
Through my Atlanta-based psychotherapy practice, I offer help with communication skills, decision making, and emotional healing. I have been working with and learning from individuals, couples and families for over 25 years in the areas of relationship building, communication skills, parenting skills, depression, anxiety and life transitions.
