Self-awareness to know when to contact a counselor for therapy is the first step to reaching your goal. I examine the clients environmental and family influences, their sleeping habits, and nutrition factors. I have training and knowledge in tools to use for anxiety, ways to help individuals deal with grief, trauma, and cope with depression. I believe in a collaborative relationship to help the client become a fulfilled and healthier version of themselves.
My mission as a counselor is to walk with you through your journey of healing. I have worked with individuals with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
