I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in treating life transitions, anger, self-esteem, parenting issues, and stress across all ages. With 5 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with a variety of individuals facing different types of trauma. I recognize that everyone needs support and motivation to make positive changes, and I am committed to providing the encouragement and guidance needed to help improve your quality of life.
I earned my Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology and my Master of Education (M.Ed) in School Counseling from California University of Pennsylvania and West Virginia University. I take a holistic approach to therapy, exploring both internal and external factors that impact overall health and well-being.
