About
If you're looking for an open, warm, and nonjudgmental environment, where the work is client-centered, you may find that we're a good fit. I believe in the empowerment of people, to help them lead authentic lives that are full of understanding and meaning. The capacity to adapt and evolve is inherent in all of us.
I am currently offering Telehealth sessions so that you can focus on the work that we do together, rather than on fitting sessions/travel time into your busy schedule. My approach is Client-Centered with the belief that by building a therapeutic alliance together, you will become better equipped to overcome personal obstacles or manage emotions.
I utilize various modalities in treatment, such as Mindfulness Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and also some Psychodynamic work, depending on your needs, personality and comfort. My approach is warm and empathic, striving for you to feel at ease in a non-judgmental atmosphere. The work is client-centered and varied.
