About
Do any of the following sound familiar? depression or anxiety? experienced a recent loss? something addicting in your life? history of trauma? low self-esteem? relationship distress? I have over 19 years training and experience working with clients who have a wide range of psychological issues using various treatment approaches. I have worked in hospital behavioral health units, Intensive Outpatient programs, and my own private practice. My age range for therapy is 18 years and up.
I am Level 2 Gottman Couples Therapy trained, and EMDR Level 2 Certified. I have a Death and Grief Studies Certification (150 hours) from Dr. Alan Wolfelt at the Center for Loss in Fort Collins, CO. I have over five years' experience working specifically with substance use disorders. I also have experience with mood disorders and eating disorders.
