I utilize psychotherapy as a basis to client self-discovery with a combination theoretical approaches such as CBT, DBT, Gestalt Therapy, and more. I have extensive experience with addiction/substance use, anxiety/panic disorder, bipolar, depression, dissociative identity disorder, grief therapy, PTSD, schizophrenia, psychosis, and palliative care.
