As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I hold a MA and a PhD in Humanistic/
Transpersonal Psychology and a MA in Rehabilitation and Career Counseling. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and certified in Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique. I have been a Reiki Master since 1995.
It is my honor to assist adults to make positive changes by using a person-centered, bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach. Integrative therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Mindfulness, and EMDR. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, post-partum issues, PTSD/trauma, grief, & chronic pain.
