I’d like to help. For over 30 years, I have had the honor and privilege of serving individual, couple, family and group therapy clients. I find it deeply rewarding to work with people who are seeking help to deal with ordinary and extraordinary stressors, depression, anxiety, issues of grief and loss, life transitions, and/or mental illness.
I will provide a secure, confidential, supportive environment in which we can work together to find solutions and develop a plan tailored your individual needs and goals.
