The real stunt in our growth, however, comes from suffering. This occurs when we try to force our way through difficult situations or ignore them altogether. Only by truly accepting our situation and feeling our emotions as they were meant to be felt can we overcome the pain that enters our lives. Skills taught in counseling can help do just that. I specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder, abuse and trauma recovery, as well as suicide prevention, awareness, and attempt healing.
