My goal is to assist people in making the changes needed to become happy and healthy in the present moment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working with people for over 16 years. I utilize a strengths based, solution focused, therapeutic approach with a strong focus on cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment process. I specialize in the treatment of addictions, specifically substances, alcohol, and gambling, as well as clients with anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring mood disorders. I have also worked extensively with women and families.
I am OASAS certified to conduct DWI Screening and Assessments for the Impaired Driver Services for NYS and am certified to do MRT- Moral Reconation Group Therapy, which is a cognitive behavioral treatment focuses on increasing moral reasoning for adult and juvenile criminal offenders.
