We specialize in substance and process addictions, anxiety, chronic stress, dual diagnosis, and trauma treatment for victims of interpersonal or domestic violence. We believe behavioral therapies that are supported by scientific evidence usually work best. As such, activities within our practice are based on the current, peer-reviewed scientific literature.
We believe a balanced lifestyle underlies soundness of mind, which promotes better decisions and life choices. Good nutrition, regular exercise, quality sleep, spirituality, work, intellectual stimulation, and a robust social life all contribute to how we ultimately experience our environment. Keeping that experience on a positive plane is the foundation of mental health.
