Once the fog or confusion lifts, clarity follows and with it the momentum and freedom to finally release, let go, and move forward.
Most people when they approach engagement with therapy first want a caring and listening ear. They want to tell their story because that's where connection begins. Many of us have never really had the experience of someone taking the time to openly listen, not proposing solutions or opinions or judgments. This is the gift I enjoy offering to my clients.
We are truly all connected in the universal experience of being wounded. No one escapes what could be framed as potentially essential to personal growth. As we identify with others in both our joys and sorrows, we can learn to forgive, release, and possibly even recreate the lives we once imagined.

Once the root is uncovered it becomes easier to target the problem with an appropriate treatment approach. Roots create Fruits.
