I have 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, working with diverse populations. I have specialized in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress and relationship problems, issues related to chronic medical conditions, and personality disorders. I have many years of experience in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma informed care.
It takes a lot of courage to begin to face your issues in therapy, but I am a firm believer there is always hope.
