In a world of uncertainty we are faced with conflict everyday. I work with clients who need direction and focus in their day to day problems as well as looking at long term solutions to current conditions. Most of my clients are aware of the challenges they face when they begin psychotherapy but are awakened to the depth of who they are and how they participate in their own lives. The process may be daunting but I offer guidance and support every step of the way.
I have over 32 years of experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I worked the Substance Abuse field for 14 years. I believe that there is recovery from addiction. I have found that family support aids the recovery process. I spent several years working with adolescents.
If you are feeling anxious or depressed or both, I understand. Our world today is different than it has ever been. The clients I work with are able to communicate on a much deeper level after working out their issues in psychotherapy. I am a trained hypnotherapist and have found that much anxiety has been lessened in clients who participate in hypnotherapy.
