I work with children age 6 and over, adolescents, and adults who have anxiety, depression, grief, or issues as a result of experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. My clients often have a history of physical and sexual abuse.
I work with anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder. I am a certified EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapist. I also practice trauma focused CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
