I utilize an approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

In addition, I provide on-going training and consultation to therapists who are interested in learning EFT. The International Center for Excellence in EFT has certified a small group of EFT Trainers worldwide and we are all committed to provide on-going, top quality EFT training.
