During my 30 years in private practice, I have supported my clients in their process of seeking solutions, resolving present/past issues, and reaching their personal goals. During our sessions, we'll look at what you'll be able to do in the present day to improve/cope with your situation. We will also determine if there are messages from past relationships which are interfering with your goals and relationships in the present day.
With the traditional therapies, I also utilize DNMS, (Developmental Needs Meeting Therapy). This focuses on one's strengths and strengthens one's core self. Brainspotting and EMDR are trauma therapies that I also use. They are also used on a wide range of issues and are deeper form of therapies, getting to the core of the issues.
This is an exciting time to seek therapy as there are many more therapeutic options which are extremely effective in helping people to lead happier and fuller lives. Because each individual's situation is different, I feel that it is important to have a varied range of therapeutic skills.
