They are willing to face their fears and have the desire to learn to trust themselves. They are able to accept and receive compassionate support, but feel empowered to communicate what is true for them, what works for them, what their needs are, etc.
I can help individuals to learn to have a better relationship with themselves, learn unconditional love and acceptance for who they are right now, and help guide them to identify the patterns that do not work for them, and to find ways of being that better serve them and those around them. This approach is also applied to couples to create deeper connection.
