I specialize in helping adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss. In addition to clinical work, I also have expertise in Sport Psychology. I work with athletes to improve performance, cope with injury, and manage performance anxiety. Counseling can feel like an overwhelming process, I strive to support and challenge my clients in a way that meets their individual needs while creating a safe therapeutic space.
I enjoy working with motivated individuals who are committed to the collaborative process of therapy. My approach draws from numerous theories including cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and psychoanalytic therapies. I make every effort to create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable and can explore their concerns without judgment.
I offer in person counseling services in two locations in Westchester, and tele-health services to New York, Connecticut, and Florida.
