I focus on helping clients identify and process issues causing them distress or discomfort so they feel more joy and strength in their lives. I provide an authentic, supportive experience where clients feel safe to work issues without judgment, while learning and practicing new coping skills and increasing their sense of self worth. Clients say they feel supported, and understood working with me. My focus extends to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, codependency, trauma and all types of work life issues. I find EMDR the most effective modality but shift based on client needs.
My focus on EMDR provides a clinically proven modality that is time efficient and comprehensive in processing experiences that underlie issues faced by my clients. In order to better meet client needs, I offer flexible hours including evenings and weekends. I am conveniently located near I-95, Newtown and Richboro.
