My experience is that client self awareness reinforced with behavioral strategies accelerate therapy,helping people achieve greater and more immediate mastery.
I believe solid clinical knowledge is essential to quality care. However, I tailor the theory to what the client presents in treatment, not vice versa.Specialties include:relationship issues, mood disorders,holistic health care,early adulthood,loss and grief couples and families, womens issues, and spiritual/existential concerns.
