About
No matter your circumstance, whether you have been struggling life-long or just recently stuck in a rut, whether you are suffering from depression or anxiety, dissatisfied with your relationships, unsure how to help your child, crippled by past pain, or simply desiring to grow, there is hope for you. I strive to make the therapy room a warm and safe environment where you feel heard and understood, and where you can honestly and openly explore who you are and who you want to be. I will meet you where you are and walk with you toward growth and healing.
In the context of the therapeutic relationship, we will explore your current and past life experiences, struggles, and patterns, which will foster increased understanding of yourself and your experiences. This will also facilitate emotional stability, relational health, renewed perspective on life, and practical methods for coping with life's challenges.
I have experience working with diverse clientele, from older adults grieving the loss of their spouse to young foster children recovering from abuse. I am especially passionate about helping people build/restore relationships; be it a couple struggling to rekindle the fire, or parents desiring relationships with their adopted child.
