In the 30 years I have been in practice, I have seen the incredible good that therapy can do and have been present to the wonderful changes people experience when they commit to it. I work with adults on issues such as relationship struggles (separation and divorce), anxiety and depression, and end of life challenges, including caregiving. When you examine your inner feelings, and can talk about them, life is less overwhelming. Therapy can be a powerful and rewarding journey.
I like helping people reach their personal goals - whether it involves an individual or family crisis; the loss of a loved one; a pending divorce or separation. You deserve an opportunity to work through these issues in order to define your purpose and get on with your life.
