Life brings many challenges that can be overwhelming and impact our ability to cope on a daily basis. Sometimes we develop feelings of depression or anxiety associated with these experiences as a result and it can feel nearly impossible to get through these difficulties. Prior to my current position, I worked for a large agency in Massachusetts that served individuals with a variety of mental health disorders. I work with adults by offering a welcoming, gentle, and laid-back approach that is holistic and collaborative.
