I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, and work on developing therapy goals with you. I welcome you to reach out whenever you feel ready to begin. I’m here to provide a safe, supportive, and healing environment without judgment.
Having feelings is normal, but when they get in the way of our day-to-day functioning, learning or getting a refresher on therapy skills can be most beneficial. Cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy provide valuable and helpful tools to improve our functioning. We will work together to develop the most appropriate ways to help you.
