My work combines mindfulness, existential and embodiment techniques with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approaches. So as we are working with thoughts, emotions and actions, we also work together to create a safe space for you to learn to listen to your bodily experience, understand its language, and hear & work with deeper nuances of your story
that may have been subconsciously hidden or misunderstood. It's from here that next steps for growth become suddenly apparent.
