In my private practice, I work with adolescents, young adults and parents seeking help with a wide range of issues. I enjoy working at the intersection of adolescent and young adult development, mental health, and school/college life. I use talk therapy as well as parent guidance and family counseling techniques to ensure that people can make the improvements and achieve the results that are most important to them.
My approach to therapy with teenagers and young adults is active and fun. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where kids feel known and understood. I also enjoy working closely with parents. In doing so, I am able to help parents address the complex problems that may be affecting their families.
My practice is currently limited to middle, high school and college students. Please note that I do not participate in any health insurance panels. I am glad to provide detailed receipts to families who wish to submit "out-of-network" bills to their insurance companies for reimbursement.
