I work with clients of all ages and stages and value creating a supportive, collaborative space for healing and growth. I have experience supporting people with BPD traits, psychosis, PTSD, trauma histories, sexual assault, domestic violence, co-occurring disorders and substance use concerns. I work from an anti-oppressive lens and intentionally implement decolonizing practices while welcoming neurodiverse clients. I understand the impact of rural living, generational poverty, and long-term trauma. I'm especially a good fit for clients who are ready to engage, reflect and work toward meaningful change.
I use CBT, DBT, CBTp, ACT, and elements of humanistic and somatic therapy to help clients build coping skills, challenge unhelpful patterns, manage distress, improve emotional regulation, increase insight, and move towards a personalized values based change. My approach is client centered, and supports healing in a collaborative, practical, and grounded way.
It is an honor to walk with people through their journey, and to witness them return to themselves in a way that many people never thought possible. When I have the opportunity to support someone in their human experience, I am grateful for every space I get to hold. As a provider, it is my sacred honor to ensure that everyone is welcome.
