I personally understand how chronic stress, worry, and overwhelm can affect our brain & body by having lived life at the expense of my own nervous system in fight/flight & freeze. I was fortunate to work with highly skilled therapists to deeply heal my own trauma through body-mind work, and I am honored to bring these skills to others on a healing journey!
