About
Welcome to my practice! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I work with individuals as well as couples and families. I love my work and believe in the process. My approach is interactive and collaborative, thus working together to create change. I believe in a non judgmental, compassionate, genuine relationship to facilitate growth. Depression, anxiety, trauma or our relationships with others make it difficult to make changes in our lives. My job is to give you a safe place and the right tools to give you success.
I specialize in disorders of depression, anxiety and trauma. I work with clients through life transitions, relationship issues, parenting dilemmas and job stress. I work with youth struggling in school, gender identity and parental discord. I am able to incorporate DBT, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into sessions as well as the traditional psychodynamic approach.
