Hello! I am so happy you are here. I want to share a bit about myself as a therapist.
With a relational approach, I focus on building trust and creating a safe, empathetic space where clients can explore their challenges and celebrate their strengths. I work with teens, young adults, and individuals through all stages of adulthood, helping them navigate life’s complexities with courage and self-compassion.

individuals are unique, therefore I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities, including:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy; offering validation, while building resilience through practical coping
strategies.
