I am a licensed professional counselor with 11 years of experience. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and customized to your needs. I utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. My experience includes working with children from age 8 through adults.
